Welcome to SuperC AI(with), an online community management tool. We offer users a convenient way to manage and participate in their communities (The “Service”).

The Service is owned and operated by superC AI Ltd, (“Company”, “we”, “us”).

We respect your privacy. This Privacy Notice (the “Notice”) explains our privacy practices for the Service. The Notice also describes the rights and options available to you with respect to your personal information.

PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS

Upon registration to the Service, we collect your full name, user name, e-mail address, address and mobile phone number.

Registration Information. The Service is available to registered users only. When you register to the Service, as a community manager or as a community member, we collect the following information: full name, user name, e-mail address, address, and mobile phone number. You may also provide additional details such as your profile photo, gender and occupation. Such details might be necessary for certain functionalities of the Service (such as joining a specific activity).

You may also register to the Service with a social media account.

Profile Information. You may also register to the Service with a social media account, such as your Facebook, Google or WhatsApp account. When you register to the Service with a social media account, you allow us access to your profile information from the applicable social network.

We also collect your payment information, such as your PayPal account information or other supported payment methods on the Service.

Payment Information. For paying your service fee as a community manager or selling/purchasing services through the Service as a community manager or member, you will be asked to provide us your payment information such as your credit card details, PayPal account information or other supported payment methods information. If payment is made through PayPal or other third party, the Payment information is collected and processed by such third party, not directly by us and is also subject to such third party’s privacy policy.

You are not legally required to provide us your information.

You do not have a legal duty to provide us the Registration Information, Profile Information or Payment information. However, you will not be able to sign up to and use the Service without providing us the information.

When using the Service, we collect information on your activity such as communication with other users, events you initiate or attend, content you publish.

Activity Information. When you use the Service, we collect information on your activity within the Service. Such activity may include communication with other users, events you initiate or attend, content you publish or share and any other interaction that you choose to initiate.

We collect your device information.

Meta Data. When you access the Service, we collect information about your personal computer or mobile device, including its model, your device’s geolocation, its operating system, unique device identifiers, mobile network information and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you accessed the Service.

We collect analytic information about your use of the Service.

Analytics. When you access the Service, we use our own  and third party analytics tools, such as Google Analytics to automatically collect aggregated information about your use of the Service. For example, we may record the frequency and scope of your use of the Service, the duration of your sessions and the interactions and communications you make with the Service.

Subject to your consent, we use your Information for marketing purposes.

You may opt-out from our marketing communications

If you indicate your explicit consent, we will use your Registration Information to send you marketing communications about our services, including updates about new services that we believe may be suitable to you.

You may 'opt-out' of using your information for marketing communications by sending an email to: [email protected] or as otherwise provided in our marketing communications. By doing so, we will only delete the information which is required to contact you for marketing communications, while the rest of the Information you submitted to us which is necessary to provide you with the Service will continue to be processed and used.

For security and monitoring purposes.

We process Meta Data for security and monitoring purposes.

The legal basis under EU law for processing Meta data is our legitimate interests in monitoring and securing our Service.

To develop and improve the Service.

We process your Analytics Information to understand how users interact with the Service so that we can personalize, develop and improve it.

The legal basis under EU law for processing your Analytics Information is our legitimate interests in understanding how the Service is used in order to develop and improve it.

WHEN AND HOW WE SHRE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH OTHERS

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your name and profile photo will be shared with your community members unless you specifically choose not to share this information. Some features of the Service may not be available to you if you do not share this information with your community members.

Content you choose to post publicly in your community will be visible to all your community members.

If you post content publicly through the Service, that content will be visible to all your community members.

We will share your information with our service providers helping us to operate the Service.

We will share your personal information with service providers, who assist us with the internal operations of the Service. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide their services to us and not for their own purposes. The service providers we use are listed here.

If you violate the law, we will share your information with competent authorities.

If you violate any applicable law, your information will be shared with competent authorities and with third parties (such as legal counsels and advisors), for the purpose of handling the violation.

However, we may override the objection if we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds, or for the establishment, exercise of defense of legal claims. Right to Restrict processing your personal data (except for storing it) if you contest the accuracy of your personal data, for a period enabling us to verify its accuracy; if you believe that the processing is unlawful and you opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests instead to restrict its use; if we no longer need the personal data for the purposes outlined in this Policy, but you require them to establish, exercise or defense relating to legal claims, or if you object to processing, pending the verification whether our legitimate grounds for processing override yours.

Right to be Forgotten. Under certain circumstances, such as when you withdraw your consent, you have the right to ask us to erase your personal data. However, we may still process your personal data if it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation we are subject to under laws in EU Member States or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

If you are in the EU, you can lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your residence, place of work or of an alleged infringement of the GDPR. MINORS

We do not knowingly collect information from minors under the age of 13.

DATA CONTROLLER

We are the data controller of the personal data we collect through the Service.

The Company is the data controller of the personal data we collect and process through the Service.

If your community manager transfers your community to another platform, and upon receiving your explicit consent,   we will transfer your personal data to the community manager, who will become the controller of your data.

If your community manager decides to leave the Service and transfer the management of the community to another platform, we will transfer your personal data to your community manager, only upon receiving your explicit consent. In such case, your community manager will become the controller of your personal data and we will no longer retain your personal data as detailed in the Retention section above.
