המגדל הוא בית ליוזמות טכנולוגיות מטעם יחידת הצעירים והצעירות של עיריית תל אביב-יפו. הוא הוקם ב-2011 על מנת לתמוך בצרכים של האקוסיסטם הטכנולוגי בעיר ומאז שימש בית למאות מיזמים שהתחילו בו את דרכם, כאשר חלקם הפכו לחברות מצליחות.
מה המגדל יעניק לך?
- עמדת עבודה קבועה.
- מטבח מאובזר עם אחלה קפה.
- קהילת יזמים ויזמות להתייעצות ושיתוף.
- חדר ישיבות.
- סדנאות ומפגשים.
- ייעוץ והכוונה עם צוות המגדל.
- HAPPY HOUR פעם בחודש.
כל זה בעלות מסובסדת של 400 ש"ח בלבד לאדם לחודש.
האם את/ה עונה על הדרישות הבאות?
- בעל/ת מיזם טכנולוגי.
- צעירים וצעירות בגילאי 25-35.
- מיזם שטרם גייס כספים או אחרי סבב ראשון.
- נכונות ויכולת לתרום לקהילת החדשנות.
- צוות קטן של 1-2.
- תושבי תל אביב-יפו (לפחות אחד מבעלי המיזם).
- התחייבות להגיע למרכז החדשנות לפחות שלוש פעמים בשבוע.

HaMigdal ("The Tower") is a home for technological initiatives, operating on behalf of the Young Adults Unit of the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality. Established in 2011 to support the needs of the city's tech ecosystem, it has since served as a launchpad for hundreds of startups, some of which have grown into highly successful companies.
What will HaMigdal provide you?
Dedicated workstation.
Fully equipped kitchen with great coffee.
A community of entrepreneurs for consultation and collaboration.
Meeting room access.
Monthly HAPPY HOUR.
All of this at a subsidized cost of only 400 ILS per person per month.
Do you meet the following requirements?
Founder of a technological initiative.
Young adults aged 25-35.
Pre-seed/bootstrapped startup, or post-initial funding round.
Willingness and ability to contribute to the innovation community.
Small team of 1-2 people.
Tel Aviv-Yafo residents (at least one of the founders).
Commitment to work from the innovation center at least three times a week.
